The UNI 10670 standard provides a clear definition of " hospitality service ", focusing on the elements that characterize the service regarding courtesy, ability to respond to customer requirements, continuous improvement, organization, delivery and control of the service.
The hospitality service is the result of a series of tangible and intangible factors at the basis of which the organizational approach that allows the interaction between the two aspects plays an important role with regard to business strategy.
The aspects dealt with in the UNI 10670 standard concern the characteristics of the service regarding communication and transparency of the quality of the hospitality service.
